Buck Hill - Fakten Skigebiet
In 1954, a cleared slope, a small building and a rope tow appeared just south of the Minnesota River. It was called Buck Hill. Four years later, Buck boasted 4 lifts and 3 slopes. Today, you will find 45 skiable acres covering 12 runs, serviced by 11 lifts. There are just over 300 feet of vertical. The ski area's racing program is nationally-acclaimed. Busy and popular, Buck Hill is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis in Burnsville, a snowball's throw from the I-35.
